Failing It Up — Transformation Through Experience

Failing It Up is a global movement founded by Bhawana Verma to redefine how we see failure, success, and growth.

What began as heartfelt conversations has evolved into a conscious-living initiative — connecting people through stories of courage, creativity, and transformation.

At its heart, Failing It Up is about transformation through experience — the belief that every fall carries light, every challenge holds a lesson, and every comeback is a quiet act of grace.

Founder’s Note

When the first season of Failing It Up began, everything moved fast — planning, logistics, collaborations — and somewhere in that momentum, I paused to ask myself: What exactly is Failing It Up?

Was it a podcast, a digital magazine, or a movement?

It had started as an initiative to de-stigmatise failure, yet over time it began to evolve into a different space.
So, I decided to press pause — not to stop, but to realign.

During that time, I focused on building other projects and, by the grace of God, that foundation now allows me to see Failing It Up clearly for what it was always meant to be — a movement with a purpose, not just another venture.

I no longer measure it in views or algorithms; I see it as a space for genuine connection, courage, and transformation through experience.

I’m deeply grateful for all the love and support this initiative has received — and to every guest who has shared their story with honesty, vulnerability, and heart.
